Great little unit, quick cooking times, no fancy controls so easy to use straight out of the box. However, as with many of these devices it's almost impossible to keep hygienically clean - especially around the hinges. There are crevices and cracks that harbour food debris and as an electrical device it's not as simple as putting in the dishwasher! I can see no means to disassemble for cleaning so it gets a 1* for that which is a great shame for the general quality of the product.

Too small, leaks filling, which burns into the cutting edges, which are then difficult to clean. And I only butter in the inside. Disappointing as I’m a Russell Hobbs fan.

Useless, cannot even cope with standard Warburton's bread, slices hang out the front of the toaster remaining uncooked & you cannot even close it.Absolute junk.
