I recently purchased the Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat, and I am beyond impressed. This massager is like having a professional massage therapist at home! This is an outstanding massager that I can adjust how deep of tissue massage I experience. I find that exercise along with healthy amount of rest can keep my aches at bay yet there are times, depending on my levels of movement, what I do during the day and week, and weather are some of my biggest factors for when I can get sore. I ordered this chair to alleviate and prevent and boy does this hit that target! The heat on this chair is on point and the shiatsu can loosen up those knots I get especially around my shoulder blades. The controls are very easy to understand so I had my dad try and now he is ordering one.

It worked well for about 9 months. At a little over a year, the neck portion of failed. 1.5 years in, now the back portion of it is failing. It's disappointing to see that this lasted just enough to work within the warranty period and completely fail afterwards.

This massager surprised me with the size and weight. It's fairly heavy and bulky, unlike the thin chair cover massagers I have had in the past. I would not likely travel with this massager because of the weight. Overall I am very pleased. The massager balls get into the areas of my back that need it most. The neck massager also works very well. Both have a high kneading intensity with a feeling of moderate pressure and work independently of each other. The intensity is variable, with high, medium, and low settings for both neck and back. Also, you can use an optional padding on the back to lessen the pressure more. The back settings have options to simply roll, and forego the shiatsu kneading. And there are options for full back, upper, lower, or spot. I am only 5'2" tall so I do have a hard time getting the neck and back massagers to line up correctly. The solve this issue I do not try and massage neck and back at the same time. I do back first, then. place a pillow under my seat to raise my height, and then do my neck. Lowering or raising oneself really adjusts the point of contact the massage balls and there isn't an area I can't get to if I'm positioned correctly, including the top of my traps. The spot feature is great to stay on a particularly tense area, and that can be further honed in with adjustable arrows that let you move the balls up or down. The massager also has heat settings for neck and back and a timer feature. You can go beyond 15 minutes on the phone app. I find the massager app very nice because it is more convenient to use my bright phone screen, rather than the corded remote, which is black and hard to see all the buttons, especially if you are like me and need reading glasses. Mine did not come with a car charger attachment, although I could buy one from the website. I thought I might do that, but honestly, this thing is pretty heavy and I can't see myself moving it back and forth much. I might buy another massager just for my car. This massager has given me a lot of relief. I'm coming up on being middle aged, and working a job with high level of repetitive stress injuries to the body, especially the neck, shoulders and upper back. I'm not saying it can replace a trained massage therapist, but it definitely gives me tremendous relief to use this after work. I think the price point is pretty good with the quality of materials, options and settings, and overall effectiveness. Longevity is something I cannot speak of yet, but will update. I was given an option to update my warranty, if that means anything. I know with Chinese companies many people fear giving our their private information but it didn't ask for my phone number, address, etc.

I love the back shiatsu! The rolling feature is so so to me. The neck massager is good. I can adjust it down and the neck massager massages my traps/shoulder! I’m 5’-6” btw. I’ve only had it for a week so far and it’s been working without issues. I will update if anything changes.

I'm 6. Foot 2 and this did not fit me as much as I wanted it too. It's a very well constructed product. I had to return it. Sadly, you lean back and the balls are large and they don't feel good when they're not turned on. They need you very well if you want a very deep massage. The only positive thing I can say for myself was when I had the neck massage and I had to scoot way down to get my neck in there. It was comfortable and I enjoyed that. I hope smaller. Folks can enjoy the benefits of this, but beware. Those balls are very large and they're not comfortable to lean back on at any time. When it's not turned on and you want a deep? Deep massage. I regret having to return it, but it was very uncomfortable for me.

I tend to be hunched over a lot because of work and this thing just works all the knots out of my back and neck. Variable speed and heat or no heat is great. Also there’s an option where the rollers don’t spin but just move up and down on both sides of your spine. Just wish there was an easier way to store it when not in use. Like if it had a pouch to hold the cords and remote all tidy

AMAZING, I love this massager. Sunday 7/13/25 it arrived. It took less than 10 minutes to set up. People, let me tell you I used it at least 10 times roughly an hour (IN THE BED), yes in my bed. It calls for chair usage, but baby you’ll get the most of it in the bed. The neck massaged my entire head, neck and the Full Back motion all the way down to my tale bone tingling alway the down to my toes. OMGGGGGG, I love this massager. This is definitely worth the price $149 during Prime Deals. Get it now, you’re going to love it. 60 year old women, not a fake reviewer.

I just purchased this product and have only had it a few days. I was surprised by the quality of the product. I am enjoying using this product. Since I am rather short (4' 11"), I had to get a little creative by putting a pillow on top of seat portion of product to utilize the neck massage part. The product works well! My only recommendation for future production of this product is:. It would be great if the product could be designed so that the customer could leave on the chosen chair and sit comfortably on it for extended periods of time without the nods pushing into your back. I find that I must take the product off the chair when not using it as I find it is uncomfortable sitting with the nods digging into my back when the product is not in use. It would be great if there was a way to make the nods retreat within the product more so that I could leave on the chair and sit comfortably without the nods pressing into my back. At present, I must take off the chair when no in use, which is a pain and an issue when you have limited space for storage. Having said this; I find the product does exactly what it claims; the deep massage, the heat, the vibration and the sir pressure works well. Also, I was initially going to order a similar product from another retailer (B B & B), gut decided to check out Amazon first and I as so glad I did. This product was much cheaper with more options! I like this product and would recommend it!

Got this as a gift and have been using it for about two weeks now. It's been a great way to unwind and relax, but I wouldn't recommend using it for chronic pains. Since I spend a lot of time at a desk due to my job, I've been searching for something to ease the fatigue in my back muscles. At first, I was worried about its potential harm, especially for sensitive areas like the neck. But this massager seems well-designed and has really made a difference in relieving my fatigue. While there are plenty of similar products on the market, this one stands out with its air seat and neck massager, giving it a high-end massage chair feel! The heat and washable cover are also nice additions. You might want to consider dedicating a spot for it to save yourself the hassle of moving it around, although it's not overly heavy. Connecting it to a smart plug is a clever way to easily turn it off without having to unplug the adapter each time, which is what's recommended.

Quality seemed decent enough, came in a large box and was packaged well. We found the neck rollers to be great, and really helped with the shoulders and neck. We found it difficult to make good contact with the back rollers for enough pressure, you might have better luck with different chairs since I enjoyed a similar massage pad on an Ikea Poang chair elsewhere. Heating was nice, probably get more use in the winter. As for the air... It really didn't do much... It sort of tightens the seat around you like you sat in a kids chair, but there's not much in terms of compression. All in all, decent purchase but I would pick the version without air next time.

I tried five different massagers for a newly emerged back problem (sciatica and degenerative discs). of all, this proved 10/10. I absolutely love it. it's heavy, reflecting great quality components, but easily transportable from couch to chair to wherever you sit upright and have a plug nearby. I mostly love the 'spot' massage which gives you full control for moving the massage balls up and down your back (I have a hard to reach spot I like massaged under my right deltoid, and nothing else has hit it like this does).

This is the best massage chair I ever tried , I particularly like the air compression and neck massage. I mean it got many different functions in intensity from heat to air support to make you very comfortable and relieves pain from neck to lower back , as you choose what works best for you . If I could give it a 6 star I would .
