Q: How many mg of Glucosamine and Chondroitin per kg? The food description says it has enhanced levels of these but does that state the amount anywhere.

Hi it doesn't have any but if you buy a giant tub of Glucosamine and Chondritin powder at the Health shop you can add it to the meal, We usually make a gravy for our oldies who are a bit stiffer in their joints and old age, mix in a scoop of Glucosamine and Chondritin to it, and add it to the complete, no dog turns it down, as they are run every day in harness, it keeps the joints in good order, we also buy tablet form if you don't want to do a gravy..hope this helps, If you see Holland and Barrett have their buy one get one free advert we usually stock up on it then..we have found theirs the best..Anne

Q: Does this flavour have rosemary in it? I can only see 'culinary herbs' in the ingredient list and need to avoid rosemary.

I have just read all the ingredients on the bag and included in the culinary herbs is Rosemary :-( Hope this helps you Anne x

I prefer Skinners to James Wellbeloved for my dogs, they've done well on the Field & Trial Lamb, Duck & Salmon at various times, a working dogs trick for putting on weight is to add fat to the diet, start with 1 tsp and build up gradually to 1 tbls to avoid pancreatitis, I use fat from grilling, roasting, sunflower oil or melted lard

I have a springer and he loves it I like to change the variety as I don’t want him to get bored of eating the same flavour
