Strikeman Dry Fire Laser Training Cartridge - Great for Target Shooting Practice with Pistols, Made for The Firearm Training System - Red Laser Cartridge Only, Multiple Calibers

Great training tool. You don’t actually need the fancy target system, but they are nice. Put a small sticker on the wall and begin to practice. Also, got my new Red Dot zeroed in within one MOA before I even went to range. At first I was pushing the laser cartridge in too far and laser didn’t fire every time. Corrected that and no problem. Get one for each of your hand guns. You will save the cost in ammunition in one training session. When you get to the range you will likely see improvement.

We love our Strikeman! Highly recommend it. No wasting ammo and can practice where ever we want.

Inexpensive way to improve your shooting skills.

Purchased 3 and one was not a Strikeman. But I let them know and they sent a new one out even before I sent the wrong one back. Great service and arrived early. Will purchase more when ready.

This was the answer for the availability and price of practice rounds.

Neat results saw improvement in two sessions at range

This thing is useless. Accuracy is non existent. It fires off one way or another. It won't work with the target I have. Maybe with another one. I have to aim way high, then it hits the target at least, but won't register. I have another one from another mnufacturer and hit easily, so it isn't my aim that's off. It just doesn't fire straight.

In theory and on paper the Strikeman is a genius idea, shoot within the comfort of your own home, without having to clean your firearm, or purchase ammo. In reality, this is where the pros stop and the cons begin. I own 5 of the Strikeman lasers in 38 special. I use them across three different revolvers, with wildly varying levels of success. Let me explain... First, the lasers will often activate late as the round is advancing via the revolvers timing giving you the appearance of a misplaced shot or not even register on the target at all via the phone app. The stand that comes with the Strikeman is decent but the angles you need to use it at are wonky. Second, if you are using them in a semiautomatic be ready to just hate the experience altogether. You can obviously only fit one of the Strikeman laser rounds in the chamber, so if you love manually racking your firearm for every shot then this is your jam. After about 15 to 20 rounds of this I am ready to put it away for another week or so, and my guess is the majority of you will as well. These are overpriced bore sights with a rubber firing button that sometimes works and sometimes doesn't. Just save your money, buy actual ammo and join a range or drive out to where you can safely shoot. Luckily I received the Strikeman system as a gift, because if I had purchased it I would be returning it.
