Missing Button Master
Only the grabber is in the package, Heavy duty Button Master is missing. I saw another reviewer have the same issue, but I took a chance hoping I would not suffer the same issue. 04/23/2026 update: even though the 'button master ' is missing the grabber worked well and made of quality material. The seller also reached out offering full refund. I am OK with them sending me the missing piece. Changing this to 5 star, nice seller.

Awesome little grabber at a good price
It’s a decent grabber. It’s super easy to assemble and use. It can get pretty long as well. I like that you can change its lengths. The only problem I’ve had with it after many uses is that the rubber on the tip will move if you push it hard but just for everyday tasks like lockouts it’s amazing.

Avoided all costs. Well, this may look easier to Carrie than some of the single piece longer bars, The screw pieces are very weak and it is very hard to get this at the correct angle to manipulate a lock. You also can’t put much pressure on it because the threaded pieces just come undone and it spins around freely.

Le matériel utilisé dans sa conception déçoit. Ça a cassé en tentant de le courber légèrement pour l'adapter. J'ai trouvé mieux, pour le même prix, toujours sur Amazone.

Cheap junk
Trash both pieces broke. The long reacher snapped off at the threads and the wire snapped on the puller save your money cheap garbage.
