I have purchased the products, two months back, and it is working good ! The company has arranged a Installation in my location. The quality of a lock is quite sturdy and able to recognise fingerprints and easily give feedbacks with sound. it is also can adhere the rainy weather.

He was very helpful when I had a small query about the installation. His quick and clear assistance made the whole process smooth. Excellent product and excellent support!

I bought X32 smart lock last 2 months back, now it starts with its malfunctioning, some time it's sensor automatically stops working door will neither stop nor open, sometimes it's totally dead, neither thumb print nor key pad etc will work, moreover now today door automatically opened, i surprised to see this.... While connecting gollen customer care, he says to send vedio of them, after that they are not responding, post sales service is not being provided by Golle

Overall it serve the purpose. Built quality is good. But this smart lock (maybe they sent me a wrong one) is bluetooth doesn’t have wifi, for this reason i feel it is over priced. So remote unlock via app is not possible. Rest of the function works great.

In this regard, Golens has made an excellent impression.I faced an issue with my smart lock and reached out to the Golens team. They promptly assigned an executive who conducted thorough checks and resolved the issue on the spot. As of now, the lock is functioning perfectly. I’ll provide an update on its performance after more extended use, but for now, I’m giving Golens 5 stars, particularly for their after-sales service.I truly hope Golens continues on this path and grows into a major brand while maintaining this level of customer care.
