Love the taste of these, rather herbal and minty at the same time.

If, like me, you are unsure of what wintergreen mints actually are, think menthol eucalyptus. These will definitely clear the sinuses.Taste is very subjective. Unlike the previous reviewer, I think these taste great. Like the other Barkleys flavoured mints the flavour is what you get rather than a mint with a hint of flavour. A real taste sensation!I happen to love anything in a cute tin, so have tried all the flavours and don't dislike any of them. The liquorice is worth a try. It was the one I was least sure of before buying but turns out to be my favourite.

I wish I have read all comments here before I bought it. I didn’t because it used to be a great mint taste very soft and freshness that was providing before years ago.Then I realised it’s not the same brand. This is something else.But seriously The taste is awful guys!!! Seriously nightmare and disgusting!!! Worse than naphthalenes!! Box came damaged and all the white dusts all around made the boxex sticky as it’s too sweet !! It is burning the mouth, that much intense. Definitely not mint, YOU CAN NOT REFUND THİS İTEM !! Or Seller never responds!!Another thing that I never understood is why this item is so expensive!? I thought that was worth for money, after experiencing, I wouldn’t pay any penny for it!!

Delicious mints

I love my Wintergreen mints, and these are not Wintergreen mints. If you like Mints or to be more exact, Tigerbalm (Yep, if tigerbalm had a taste, this would be it), then these are for you. However, if you love wintergreen flavour dodge these like a heart attack!

The 2 stars are for the tins that the sweets came in. As for the sweets; I am unable to find any mint flavour, due to the overwhelming taste of sugar. I was looking for something that would freshen my breath after a meal, or snack, when away from home. It's not always convenient to carry toothbrush and paste!Not much more to say except that the kids next door - 4 and 5 year olds - love them. So I have donated them to their mum, who will ration them because of the sugar. She didn't like them either, but says the tins will come in very useful once they are empty.

These are nothing like the usual taste, texture or size of Barkleys Mints!! Looking at the other reviews I am not alone in stating this. If I hadn't thrown the packaging away I'd be returning them.I have bought this particular make and flavor of mints from a different retailer for a few years (who are unfortunately currently out of stock) and they always taste of wintergreen, are slightly softer in texture and also slightly smaller in size.These taste of eucalyptus NOT wintergreen!!Vey disappointed.
