I bought this lamp mainly for light therapy, and I’m very satisfied with it. The brightness is strong enough to mimic natural sunlight, which helps improve my mood and energy, especially on cloudy days. The design is elegant with a linen shade and wooden base, so it looks like a stylish home lamp rather than a medical device. It offers 3 color temperatures, 4 brightness levels, a timer, and a remote control, making it very easy to use. I use it both as a light therapy lamp and as a regular bedside/desk lamp. Overall, it combines great functionality with beautiful design. Highly recommended!

This is a perfect sized light, and I love the fabric shade. Not too bright on the low setting, works as described. Warm tone light is my fave as it’s comfortable for my sensitive eyes. The remote came with working battery and you can adjust everything as well as power on/off with the remote. Packaged very well too. 100% recommend this light to survive northern winters.

Love this lamp! This replaced our standard lamp in our room. I like the dimmer and color options a lot. Great feature to have a timer as well for the night time with the kids. Highly recommend!

This is really great. It looks cool -- looks more expensive than it is, to be honest. It is nice to have the option of both the cool white and the natural white (I'm not a huge fan of warm white, in general). The lamp can get quite bright but the shade disperses the light well, so there is no glare. The unit seems sturdy. The remote is excellent. Something worth noting: I purchased 2. One for each side of my bed. You should be aware that the remotes control *both* lamps simultaneously. That may be something you like, may not be. But you should be aware. For me, it is great.

This lamp is great does exactly what it’s supposed to do. We love the ease of the remote function and multiple lighting options with dimming capabilities. The only reason I gave it a four star review, is I do think it’s a bit overpriced for this size of the lamp. However, we were happy enough with this purchase to not return it.

I love this lamp soooo much! The 3 light color settings are incredible (*amber* is where it’s at!), and the brightness settings will stun and amaze. This is a small (not tall) lamp that does the job of a lamp five times its size. I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it again and again and will be buying more for family and coworkers!

Cute great little light

This little lamp is a game-changer during the darker months. It’s bright without being harsh, and I love that you can adjust the color temperature and brightness levels. It’s also way cuter than typical light therapy boxes, so it actually looks nice on my desk. I’ve been using it in the mornings and genuinely feel more energized and less sluggish. The timer feature is super handy and the remote makes it even easier. If you deal with seasonal dips in mood or energy, this is 100% worth it.

This lamp is amazing and even better quality than I was expecting. The remote works great and it has a weight to it that makes it feel expensive. It is surprisingly bright and I love that you can change the color and brightness.
