Very nice. Good handle, and sharp blade. I expect this thing will last a long time. Works well for breaking down a chicken, but then again every other knife I've used on a chicken has done okay. Except for this one knife my brother found that was like a 2" sheep's foot knife (I identified the style once, but I forgot the name). That thing was a chicken's worst nightmare :)

I do a fair amount of detailed deboning and butchering, and was heartbroken when my trusty fifty-year-old high end Sabatier deboning knife broke. I purchased this on a recommendation. The price was certainly quite reasonable. It arrived in a beautiful presentation case with safety sheath. The style is quite attractive. I did notice from the beginning that the sharpened edge is not tapered well to the primary part of the blade. It makes for an irregular flexibility. I also noticed after breaking down fish, poultry, and some pork, that it does not hold its edge particularly well. Overall, it is a perfectly good knife for occasional use, and certainly a bargain. I do not, however, recommend it for more constant use.

For the money a great knife, thin and flexy, was quite sharp out of the box. It’s hard steel but does dull so have good sharpener.

This is the sharpest knife I own. It is a workhorse, makes knife work with meat 🥩 easy. Excellent for trimming fat off brisket and for cutting meats for sausage and jerky. The only negative is it does not come with a sheath. That would be a great addition and worth the additional cost. The quality of this knife is amazing. Great value for the cost. This will last a long time.

This is my first knife from this manufacturer. I based my choice on the reviews I read, reviews that, unlike some products, seemed to be legitimate and fully honest. I am initially very pleased. I was looking for a knife to, primarily, bone chicken thighs. My other knives are sharp, but not quite right for the task. The knife arrived razor sharp, and that’s no exaggeration. I had no trouble whatsoever boning over a dozen thighs, and did so with very little effort. It remains to be seen how long it will maintain its edge, but, for now, it has proved itself worth the price.

Very cost effective knife, its workmanship and quality exceeded my expectations. It looks and feels great. Very sharp and can cut meat and other things effortlessly. This knife fits all my kitchen uses at an affordable price! Highly recommend.
