It chills nicely and quickly and it’s a nice weight to apply just enough pressure when you have a migraine. I’ve also put it on my knee when I tweaked it simply because the weight allowed it to stay put. This item is top tier quality at a reasonable price. I wouldn’t hesitate to reorder it. Oh, and, I’ve got a small head but hubby has a big head and it fits us both without being loose or too tight.
