Are these the real silicone . If you twist them do they turn white. Also do they smell of chemicals when baking

I haven't seen them turn white when twisted, but i haven't really twisted them. And they don't smell like chemicals when baking. My son uses them all the time, he likes to bake muffins for a snack. They are easy to clean too.

Can you use in air fryer?

Yes, the donut cups is safe in air fryer.

Do these molds produce Jumbo Size Muffins?

No the donuts come out on the small side, but still a good size. Def not jumbo, I used them for a kids party if that helps.
