I find that they are very good before a gym sesh
Well I used to use these years ago and thought they were fab, bought some recently and they just arnt the same, I've noticed the ingredients list is smaller! I can't remember what was in the old ones but they deffo had more ingredients in, I used to pop one of the old pills and not be hungry for hours and lost a lot of weight . However these ones I bought recently just don't seem to have as much effect, somthing missing from them. They did curb my appetite but not for long I was hungry 3 -4 hrs later. I also felt off my head at work but this was due to caffeine in them, I find that they are very good before a gym sesh, make me work up a massive sweat, abit gutted they have changed but still worth a go as they're good to kick start u into your diet, Really wish I knew what they had on the old pills tho :/

As a food supplement, adults to take orally 2 capsules daily; one at 9am, one at 1pm. Do not exceed 2 capsules in any one day or take capsules after 3pm. It it recommended that this product is taken in cycles of 3 months on and 1 month off unit your target weight is achieved.
