I think this is a great product. The Mama and Daddy bird stopped feeding the babies properly at 2 weeks. We didn't know if the babies would make it. To give the parents a break I hand feed them with a special spoon in the mornings. I've never done it before and the instructions are a great guide. The babies are doing well at week 4. There's a video you can watch from the manufacturer and I found that quite helpful. You should also have a food thermometer handy. Lastly, I usually have the small bowl in a bigger bowl with hot water to maintain the temperature and I have plenty of paper towels cut into small squares on hand.
