What should I do before swimming with my headphones?

To ensure a better swimming experience, please take the following steps 1. Disconnect Bluetooth connection on your phone and switch to MP3 mode on your headphones. 2. Disable the touchpad (press 4 times while in “power on” mode).

How do I upload audio files to the Run Plus?

Connect Run Plus to your computer using the data cable's USB port. Wait for the Run Plus drive to pop up, then drag and drop your audio files into the drive. Run Plus is compatible with MP3, WAV, AAC, APE and FLAC file types.

Is it possible to use Run Plus with streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music?

Yes, you can use Spotify and Apple music on Run Plus, but not on MP3 mode.

Does the Run Plus come with different playing modes?

In MP3 mode, Run Plus offers shuffle, repeat, and normal modes. However, in Bluetooth mode, you'll need to manage the playback modes directly from your music player.

Why do touch controls on headphones stop working when they get wet?

When moisture, such as sweat or rainwater, adheres to the touch-sensitive area, it can interfere with the touch sensor's recognition of touch signals, causing signal distortion and resulting in poor touch responsiveness or even loss of control.
