This is our go-to gum, we chew gum particularly after a large meal to help aid digestion and prevent reflux. It works wonderfully for that, although the chew is quite stiff and I don’t care for that. The other xylitol gum brand has a softer chew but their cinnamon flavor tastes much more fake, like red hots candy, and I hated it. So, we stick with spry. I wanted to be able to have some packs in my purse and in the car without hauling around a noisy jar, so we got these. At the time I purchased it was actually cheaper per piece for this package than it was for the jar of 100 pieces. Very pleased.

This is great tasting gum. The flavor doesn't last as long as other gums...but, my husband and I don't like to be chomping on a piece for long periods of time. I'm ready to be done chewing after about 15 minutes...just about the time the flavor wears out. I really like that it is helping protect my teeth when I don't have a chance to brush...and it freshens breath too. My 16 y.o. has tmj and shouldn't really chew gum...so, the short chew works well for her too. If you're looking for a long lasting chew, this probably isn't the gum for you.

I tried several gums to find a natural sugar or aspartame free gum. This Spry cinnamon gum has great flavor, short-lived. It has a good chewing consistency without feeling like you are chewing rubber or cardboard.It is pricey, the little jar is a better value. If you are looking for a natural gum, this one is worth a try.

Purchased this gum as aprt of a very strict diet/detox (Omnitrition) definitely helped my sweet cravings, and tasted great, but the flavor lasts just a minute or two! For the price, I was disappointed for sure. I still buy it when I do the same detox again, but not a fan of the quality for the price. Too bad because the flavor is great.

I try to avoid aspartame. In case you have not noticed ALMOST every chewing gum in the supermarket, these days, contains aspartame. I now "stock" this gum at my home. After going a couple of years without gum, my children are happy to purchase a pack every so often from me for a dollar a pack. They would be paying more than a dollar a pack at Walmart for gum, so why not buy some that won't cause cancer from mom, right? I will continue to replenish my "store" and begin to include some of the other flavors, though I think cinnamon is my personal fave ;o)

I chew for xylitol content. Cinnamon flavor is my favorite, but does not last long and need 2 pieces for sufficient amount to clean.

I bought Spry and Pur cinnamon gums to compare natural, xylitol-sweetened options. Unfortunately, Spry’s flavor is relatively mild and fades fast, leaving a slightly clay-like texture. The blister packs can also be a hassle if you like to chew multiple pieces at once, since you have to pop each piece through the foil individually. On the plus side, it still uses xylitol (which may help reduce acid-producing bacteria). And if you prefer a gentler cinnamon taste and less sweetness, this could be the gum for you. For me, Pur’s cinnamon gum is spicier, sweeter, and longer-lasting—if you’re looking for a bolder kick and chewing stamina, I wouldn't recommend Spry. Hopefully this helps you with pick the right gum for you.

Love these little gum pcs. Recommend by my dentist, I also did a little research on these myself. They literally start killing bacteria once you begin to chew.I thought the flavor lasted a nice long time. I've already recommended them to others.
