I don't know why people are complaining in reviews about it being "too tough and painful". Yes, it is firm, but that's how it needs to be to work! It isn't sharp or unbearably painful - just a good, much-needed pressure. Even my 2 years old has no problem standing on it in thin socks (didn't try it without socks just because she always wears them at home).

The set has two mats, but they don't attach well and connection falls apart. It is made out of light plastic. It is not super comfortable, but it is inexpensive alternative to other foot massage mats.

Like the bright color. Strong plastic. Start gradual and then increase. A little painful, recommend using socks. I stand on this when I’m brushing my teeth. The middle part that is slightly higher feels amazing on my arch.*I’ve been working on my feet…toe separators, and barefoot shoes for almost a year now. This is just another step in helping my feet.

I don't see how someone could these to massage their feet. It is so hard and nearly impossible to stand on it. They should use hard rubber instead of these cheap plastic. Don't waste your time with these.

I bought this because I believe in acupressure. Since I started to use the mats, I have less back pain and feel more relaxed. I use one in the kitchen when I am standing for a long time and one in my bathroom while washing my face and brushing my teeth, flossing my teeth, etc. I stand on them as long as possible. I find the spikes comfortable, but surprising when I first step on them. Feels good.

Given the low price I can’t really fault it. Use it on wooden floor and it slides around a lot. It’s quite cheap plastic so wouldn’t try to tile up my whole floor. But it does provide some support, it’s not too sharp, can use barefoot. It’s better than being barefoot on the office floor itself so it fits the purpose

Would highly recommend, great for sensory input.

On the picture it looks like something i was looking for but it is very hard and evet when put together it does to stay in place. Made of very cheap plastic

Purchased this for a child at school who suffers from pain in their feet. This product helped the child concentrate on their work whilst they could press their feet into its textured surface. Happy with it and would recommend for sensory input.
