Great compact first aid
This is a great quality, well equipped and easy to carry first aid. It’s got everything you need and uses the space very efficiently. Luckily not had to use anything yet but great to have.

Great Kit, not UK version
Needed a new 1st Aid kit for hiking and camping and was recommended Life Systems. There are several to choose from and this one seemed to best contents for what I wanted.Kit itself is as expected, with over 4 years life left on the items which is good.The only reason that I have given it 4 stars is that this isn't the UK version of the kit. The UK version comes with Paracetamol and no closure strips. This is the EU version which has closure strips and no paracetamol.In the big scheme of things it makes no real difference as paracetamol is cheap enough and the closure strips are actually a better option. But it would have been good to have this info in the item description.This kit seems right though for hiking. I would definitely recommend it.

Always buy life systems kit. A useful size with all the required basic medical contents. Big enough to cover the essentials but small enough to pack in the rucksack!

It seems very well packed with all the stuff you would need in case of a small accident.

Great kit
Upgraded from the trek kit to add more items - finger bandage, tubes of ibuprofen gel and insect bite ointment. I knocked off a star because the Bleeding/Breaks compartment is a tight squeeze so kit could have done with 1Cm extra in depth. All in all a good upgrade.

I hope not to have to use this but if I do I'm sure it'll cover most minor first aid issues, I did add some compeed and some painkillers just incase 🙂
