Good knee pads! Your mom needs some!

Comfortable and work well. Nice knee pads, they don't slide down like knee pads almost always do! I should buy a set for your mom

Accurate updates and communication

Product okay and having used 2-3 times, they work for me in that they don't move as much when kneeling or standing. My only gripe would be the standard of communication information regarding delivery...... and I guess because the order was coming from overseas. However, this needs to improve to provide accurate rather than 'left wondering' and 'contradicatory' updates.
