This automatic cat feeder has been a game changer for managing my cats' feeding schedule. The WiFi connectivity makes it easy to control and monitor feedings from my phone even when I'm away. The dispenser is reliable and portions out food accurately for my two cats. Setup was straightforward and the app is user-friendly with helpful features. I love the peace of mind knowing my cats are fed on time every day.

Great purchase! I am telling everyone to get it. Makes feeding my 2 cats so much easier. And the cats love it too! The notifications are helpful when food gets low and tells me that I need to refill it. The app also tells me if it’s offline due to a power or wifi outage. (You do need to pay for certain types of notifications, but the free basics I use are fine). You also need to find a space next to an outlet. I have it programmed to dispense at certain times of the day, and the cats always go running to it when it dispenses. They can both eat at the same time because of the placement of the bowls. That’s the main requirement I had when looking for an automatic feeder. This feeder, and the automatic litter box tray I have, have been the best purchases to help make taking care of the cats easier and less stressful and more efficient. I highly recommend this one!! And the price is great for what you get. I have had zero issues with it since July 2025.

Super easy to set up and use. My kittens were the type to nibble on their food randomly throughout the day but now they’re finishing their food in one sitting! I set timed feedings for 3x/day and control the portions. Had no issues setting up the feeder, connecting to WiFi, or setting a feeding schedule. I bought this product because I start a new job soon and with my work schedule, I will be out of the house 10 hrs a day, 4 days a week, which means I would only be able to feed them in the mornings. I was super worried about this. Now I can make sure my cats are fed properly despite me not being there! I also love the sleek design. The feeder holds a lot of kibble, the bowls are flat and tilted which helps with whisker fatigue and anti-nausea. Also the feeder itself does not take up too much space. Way better than the two tilted bowl sets I had before. The only thing I would consider a bit inconvenient is that I have to lay the feeder on its side if I want to remove the stainless steel bowls to clean them, which I try to do at least daily. They do not come out otherwise. I will also suggest, please weigh one portion size of your kibble to make sure you’re feeding your pets enough food. I accidentally fed my cats two portions for a couple days when I should’ve been feeding them four portions!!

Overall a great product for two cat households. Recently bought this product to help monitor my cats feeding schedules and it seems to work great. Conecting to the app is pretty straightforward using the QR code included on the device. The feeding times and amounts are easily programmable within the app. I didn't know this when I bought it but it also allows for you to put batteries inside it as well just in case there's an outage or it gets unplugged so the programs you created will still run which was a nice security feature. My only gripe with it is a bit minor but definitely relates to cat behavior itself. In order to use the network features the device needs to be plugged in and there doesn't appear to have any way of hiding or protecting the wire which is not ideal for cats that like to play with loose cords. Other than this one issue I think it's an overall great product. I've been using it for about 2 weeks so I can update later to talk about the devices longevity but it's been great so far. Especially useful for people who travel alot for work or otherwise such like myself.

The feeder itself works really well. It connected to the app without any issues, and programming it was simple once it was connected to Wi-Fi. The portion sizes are accurate, the bowls are easy to clean, and it's not noisy either. However, the problem lies in how the app communicates with the feeder. From the very beginning, the app keeps saying “cat feeder low food, refill it in time please” — even when the feeder is completely full. I initially thought it might need a few cycles to register the food level, but several days have passed and it still shows the same incorrect warning. On top of that, I receive offline notifications almost every time I’m not in the same room as the device. When this happens, I can’t manually feed or adjust settings through the app. The feeder is placed very close to my router, so a weak signal shouldn’t be the issue. In short, while the feeder itself does its main job well, the Wi-Fi feature — which I paid extra for — has been disappointing and unreliable. Update: The company got in touch with me, issued me a full refund, and helped me troubleshoot. Turns out the problem was a defective cord, resulting in the item running on battery power, which causes the item to not work at full capacity (purposefully so battery life can be extended as long as possible in case of power outage for a significant period of time). Cord was replaced with a spare I had, and there have been no issues since! They also extended my warranty even further & stated they will provide a full free replacement if it messes up anymore between now & then.

Love it! Easy to set up and works well for our 2 cats. They look forward to the automatic timed feeds. Certainly a great addition to our home

It's the perfect cat feeder for my needs. I'm going to be gone for 10 days and wanted something that is sturdy & well made to keep my two cats fed (I have to cage them for their safety because they will get naughty when I leave on trips, and I'd hate to leave them at a boarding facility with strangers & loud barking dogs). Instructions are included & assembly was easy. You can program portions as small as 1/16th of a cup - this is ideal as cats prefer to eat smaller portions frequently throughout the day & need way less food overall than what most people believe. The feeder is surprisingly space-saving and can go against a wall without taking up much real estate. You can even record an audio message up to 10 seconds in length that will play when it dispenses food. I've had no issues with the app or connectivity. It's even strong enough for my cats to sit on top of! And now that I've given my cats a predictable feeding schedule, they've stopped whining and begging for food altogether. Yes, a desperate cat may try to tip it over or pop the top open. A major part of preventing this is installing extra security measures BEFORE your cat figures out how to do these things, preferably right as you're setting up the feeder. You can see that I put two adhesive child safety latches on both sides of the food tank (the button to unlock and open it is on the front) so that my cats are completely unable to even try to get it open. I also plan on zip-tying the tank & both 'legs' to the wall of the cage for extra stability and to keep them from tipping it over since they like to sit on it. If you assemble the device correctly & do these two things BEFORE setting it out for use, you will have the best shot at keeping your cat from getting into it. As long as you have other things for your cat(s) to entertain themselves with, most cats lose interest in opening/knocking over feeders once they realize that their efforts are futile - but you have to cat-proof it BEFORE use, because most cats will also not stop trying to get back into the food tank if they're successful even *once*. Child locks on the sides of the tank and anchor it to a wall!

Very easy yo install and step in the app, i am testing the product more than 3 weeks work perfectly, it will be nice if it has camera for monitoring the food and watch the pet

Update: ya voy para tres años con este alimentador y lo recomiendo como el primer día! Eso sí, algunas consideraciones: 1. El acero inoxidable (los platitos) debe limpiarse y secarse al menos 1 vez al día, claro que por higiene pero también porque termina oliendo a metal. Hay aceros inoxidables de mejor calidad, ojalá puedan usar ese. Ojalá que también pudieran vender repuestos de los platos de acero inoxidable para cuando ya huelen mal y hay que cambiarlos. 2. Obviamente seguí usando los otros alimentadores de otras marcas, aquellos terminaron creciendo larvas en la parte del motor. Con este no ha pasado eso! (O que yo me entere) Este tipo de alimentador tiene el motor cerrado y NO es de fácil acceso. Hay momentos donde por accidente han entrado moscas a la casa y los alimentadores tienen comida, son húmedos (humedad de croquetas), cerrados y oscuros. Esos otros tienen un espacio del motor muy cercano a donde salen las croquetas, entonces es el jugar perfecto! Aunque limpies los alimentadores a diario, una persona NO tiene acceso al motor fácilmente porque son huecos estrechos o ranuras pequeñas donde sólo caben insectos, y en muchos casos NO hay manera ni de destornillar para arreglar o limpiar esa zona, pues son alimentadores "desechables" una vez que se descomponen. Bueno, APARENTEMENTE, este tipo de alimentador (OneIsAll, el negro de app) NO va a tener ese problema! Personalmente NO encuentro manera de que mis alimentadores (2) de esta marca tengan ranuras hacia el motor. Esperemos que NUNCA me toque dar update con malas noticias de larvas jajaj ya no quiero tirar dinero! Pero si llegan a leer esto, es muy importante la limpieza y revisar que no hayan bichos escondidos! No tienes que ser sucio para que hayan bichos porque se meten en ranuras, aunque sean lo más limpios. Con que una mosca se haya metido alguna vez, ya con eso! Con decir que a mi casa NO se entra ni con zapatos, se limpia diario y aún así! Por lo mientras, ya que me tuve que deshacer de varios alimentadores malos de otras marcas, voy a volver a pedir uno de estos, confío un montón, no me decepcionen! ______________________________________ El mejor comedero para múltiples mascotas! Compré antes otros de otras marcas y a veces dispensaba más de un lado que del otro. Otros permitían que mis gatos metieran las manitas y sacaran comida extra. Este dispensa la misma cantidad a todos, no permite que gatos aprendan como sacar más. El comedero tiene manera de bloquearse y desbloquearse. No tan fácilmente pueden los gatos presionar botones y que salga comida, sino que hay que desbloquear, girar y seleccionar que salga alimento. Compré dos y tengo 1 año con ellos. Hasta ahora 10/10! Utilizo mis comederos con 4 baterías AA y duran muy bien, sólo hay que checar que no sean baterías con poca capacidad. Cuando usa baterías por lo general está en un ahorro de energía, así que para configurar recomiendo conectar a la luz y después, ya para el día a día, usar baterías recargables. Yo hago eso porque mis gatos no pueden ver un cable sin morderlo! Además recomiendo mucho la versión con app! Se los juro que si están entre este alimentador y otros... seguramente este vaya a ser el mejor! No he probado todos los demás pero sí puedo decir que es el mejor de los tres diferentes que probé! Se nota que es un producto bien pensado. Un color blanco o un color donde el plástico sea más oscuro y se disimulen más las croquetas (pero que aun se vea) sería una opción muy bonita!
