When I say I love this stuff I mean I love the stuff! The taste is great. I have been diagnosed with an anxiety disorder and mild depression since I hit my twenties. Hormone fluctuations make this worse and since I am perimenopausal well let's just say it's been a struggle. I started having panic attacks again out of nowhere which I hate. When I say this stuff is my go-to it really is!! It helps my mood tremendously... Whenever I'm feeling anxious or a panic attack coming on, I just fill the dropper, drop it under my tongue, then drink some water and within seconds to minutes I feel way better! With perimenopause you don't sleep very well. Sometimes if I'm feeling a little anxious or uneasy before bed, I'll take a dropper. If I wake up in the middle of the night feeling anxious, which is also another lovely symptom of hormone fluctuation... I'll get up, take a dropper, drink some water and OMG go right back to sleep. The quality seems great. It's very consistent! As far as the effectiveness, it works like a charm. Super easy to use. Just fill a dropper, put it in some water and drink it or drop it under your tongue and drink some water with it. It has been a lifesaver! This and the mood support from them have changed my life for the better! The (Mood Support) does wonders for depression also. Thankful for a natural solution. ♥️

Chamomile is known for its regenerative properties of the digestive system. And as experts say, our belly is our second brain, and I think we have to take maximum care of it. Nowadays, there are multiple attacks on this important function, digestion. For a better assimilation of nutrients and greater elimination of toxins, our body needs help. A sedentary life, foods that are too rich in processed oils, sugars and refined carbohydrates and a host of new generation toxins make our digestive system have a doubly difficult task. That is why I always try to help digestion with natural foods (for example garlic, ginger, cloves, Ceylon cinnamon or cucurmin...) and of course with chamomile! In the hustle and bustle of life I don't always have the time to make a chamomile infusion the way I like (letting it rest for at least 15 minutes after adding it to hot water) and that is why I was looking for a supplement that could replace infusions. I found this product from the brand Wild & Organiz and decided to try it... My opinion is that it is a very natural and fantastic product. It is not organic, but it feels like it is consciously made 100% natural and without added sugars or sweeteners, something essential for me, since I hate the added sweet taste of industrial products. This chamomile has the natural sweet flavor of the flower and you can use it in drops directly in your mouth (and sometimes I do it like this) or add it to a glass of water. I also add a few drops to my milk thistle and dandelion infusions, so that they create purifying synergy of the liver, kidney and stomach. So yes, I recommend this chamomile extract, may you enjoy it as much as I do!

I started using this chamomile tincture a few weeks ago (bought on June 26th), and it has been a great addition to my routine. While it doesn’t really knock me out concerning sleep, it definitely helps me relax. It's more of a soothing aid when I need to unwind rather than a sleep aid. I’ve also found the lightly sweetened tincture to be super helpful on those days when I've had a bit too much caffeine. Just a few drops in my tea or any of my drinks really helps mellow things out & I don't get the jitters. So yeah, I’d recommend it if you’re looking for something to help you relax (especially if you tend to overdo it with the caff).

Really does work! My doctor told me to get Chamomile drops and take before bedtime to help me fall asleep, I was a little skeptical but tried it anyway. I use a dropper full in about an ounce of water and within 20 minutes I am getting sleepy. So glad I purchased.

4 nights in and I've been sleeping through the night - no 3am wake ups. I wake up feeling relaxed and well rested. I hope it continues to do its job.
