be aware before buying!
Rod Clamp Kit and Repair Tool missing from the box, the seller did not reply to my issue, waited for 4 days but no answer, quite dissapointed! Other than that the product was fine...be aware!

These reel is awesome, Especially when you are fishing 300 foot deep for lingcod or rock fish, the 6.2:1 ratio makes it a lot easier and faster to retrieve your catch , I also took it on the long range tonight trip ,out of San Diego and perform good as well.

Shimano still makes nice reels.
Very smooth reel and nice star drag system. A bit heavy and bulky but overall, a very nice product. Caught a few cod in the 20 lb. range and had no problems at all.
