The best product to clean and sterilize my soft serve ice cream machine.
I have been using Stera Sheen to clean and sterilize my soft serve ice cream machine and utensils for a number of years. For the machine I add 2 packs to 4 gallons of warm water and let it cycle through my machine after every use. I also add it to one of my sinks to clean and sanitize utensils, scoops and other kitchen items. It not only cleans extremely well but gives me the confidence to know I am serving my customers in equipment that is safe and sterilized.

Excellent sanitizer for ice cream equipment.
We use this weekly for all of our sanitation needs for our small business. It’s a great product and you can see the difference between this and other soaps/disinfectants/sanitizers. Only wish they hadn’t changed the packaging. The lid doesn’t screw off anymore, the plastic is thinner and not as easy to open and close. Luckily I saved my old container from a previous order so I can transfer product. Costs are up everywhere, I understand the need to make changes, container is a small quibble.

I lot of product for the price
It was very easy to mix and use. I am very pleased with this product. There is a lot of the product and the measuring spoon included removes any unnecessary concern about using too little or too much

Lid is not secure
Very quick delivery, but but the first unit was open and spilled inside the box. Returned the first unit, but when the replacement arrived the lid was almost completely loosened also, but it hadn't spilled into the box yet.
