I wore these for a 12 hour shift and they are the best insoles I’ve ever had. Instead of getting home and feeling unable to walk because my boots were so uncomfortable, I got home and genuinely felt fine. These fit in my work boots nicely, after I’ve tried SO many others that were all just as uncomfortable as one another. I genuinely could not recommend these enough if you’ve got uncomfortable work boots. The quality seems good, like they’ll last. I’d argue that these would be worth the purchase even if they only lasted a month because they’re that comfortable. They have extra padding on the toes, the ball of your foot and also along the side, which is extremely good for poorly designed work boots. It genuinely felt like I was wearing a pair of trainers at work. I walk an average of 20,000 steps at work so an absolute game changer. If you have horrible work boots and your feet hurt at the end of the day, take my word for it and just buy these over any other branded ones because I’ve tried them all and these are hands down the best ones!

Excellent value for money. I’ve tried several insoles, including a much more expensive pair, and these have been the best for comfort, support and price. They’ve really helped me with my flat feet, especially at the gym and when walking. For around £7, the quality is very good and I’ll definitely buy them again.

Working in a warehouse is hellish enough standing for 10+ hours a day absolutely wrecks your feet. But after switching to these? Game-changer. That 10-hour shift now feels like a breeze. I’m genuinely impressed by how much these have improved the comfort and health of my feet. After just a few days of use, the difference was clear: no more constant soreness after taking off my shoes, and it genuinely feels like I’ve been walking on clouds all day. Total upgrade. They support the arch really well and help keep your feet in a healthier, more natural position. That kind of support really adds up over time. They also provide an extra layer of warmth when the temperature drops and anyone who’s worked in a warehouse knows it's either boiling or freezing, never in between. Paired with breathable shoes, these insoles strike a perfect balance: cool on hot days, and toasty when it's cold. Only downside: my pair seemed a little mismatched in thickness the left insole felt slightly newer or more padded than the right. But that didn’t take away from the overall comfort. They still felt great. Even the installation of these were nice, simply half them and slide them in and the slightly rubbery texture gives it such a solid grip that its not going anywhere. I wouldn’t be recommending these this strongly if I didn’t believe they were quality. BUY THIS. Im so sick and tired of scrolling through instagram with the abundance of adverts being like "get our comfortable shoe soles, no one should put a price on comfort which is why we are hosting a discount sale" and then its still like 21 quid?? These are the same quality, same comfort, and spare the cost, its so fustrating hearing condtradictions of ads saying theyre the cheapest, theyre the best, making people pay out their eyes unknowing of a cheaper identical alternative, easily the best purchase ive ever made and I WILL buy more. Comparing these with my previous shoe soles which had BARS IN THEM is like night and day, will never wear anything without these again ♡

These insoles have been a great upgrade for my Adidas Superstars. They’re really comfortable underfoot and give much better arch support than the standard insoles that came with my shoes. I noticed the difference straight away, especially after spending long hours on my feet. They’re well cushioned without feeling too soft, and they help absorb a lot of the impact when walking. I also like that they’re breathable, so my feet stay comfortable throughout the day. They fit very well, didn’t need trimming to size or shape. For the price, they’re excellent value and have made my shoes much more comfortable to wear. I’d definitely buy another pair. Bear in mind that they are quite thick

Originally I thought these were great. I even purchased another pair. They are very comfortable. Help with pain. But they really make your feet sweat. I never have sweaty or smelly feet but my socks are damp and smelly after wearing these insoles especially on hot days.

I wear these inside my trainers for extra support and enhanced comfort. These also keep your feet and trainers fresh. Love them. Great buy.

These are the most comfortable memory foam insoles that I have ever used. There was no need to cut them as the size was a perfect fit for my shoes. I wore them on particularly cold day and found they kept my feet warm. My usual aching feet was relieved by good arch and heel support. My only issue was the thickness of the insoles. I was only able to wear them in one pair of deep-set shoes. They made my standard fitting footwear feel too tight, and I could not see how it would be possible to reduce the height of the insoles without damaging them. Nevertheless, my overall experience with this product is positive and I can recommend it.

Very comfy

I bought these for my work shoes, I work in a warehouse and I’m standing and walking all day on a concrete floor. These insoles help my feet so much, perfect thickness and very soft. No more aching feet and legs after a workday. Highly recommended! 👍🏼
