Very sturdy though hinge has a bit play because of plastic spacers. Steel is heavy and looks good . Did not use as fixing on bathroom wall did not seem secure because we suspected its own weight get compounded by senior heavily leaning on it with just horizontal support. I could not return as the return window closed while I was figuring how to install it. Looking another item that will have floor support too.

Heavy duty and perfect product

Horrible. Very wobbly. Not suitable for sr citizens. And it doesn't get cancelled.... only exchange. Why should I buy the same problematic product and put additional supports to stabilize it..... cannot understand Amazon customer service!
