Cup is great but the straw is damaged

I'm absolutely content with my Hydrapeak tumbler! It's been a game-changer for keeping my drinks at the perfect temperature all day long. My lady loves it! She wanted a cup with a lid that had a straw! And I nailed it with this one!

I don’t normally do reviews, but I love this cup. I like that’s it’s push down because you don’t get that clear cup lip. I wanted a matte cup, and it’s perfect! It keeps my drink cold, but not for very long. I do prefer that though because it keeps me on schedule for drinking.

The tumbler arrived with chipped paint near the top. Much worse, the lid simply sits on the bottom - nothing holds the lid on! It doesn’t even screw together. The first time I filled it w/ water, I accidentally knocked it over and ALL the contents easily spilled out. Will be returning.
