Excellent and Sturdy Bike Rack
I have used my 2-Bike Hitch Rack several times already and have been very pleased with it. It is sturdy, secure, and easy to use. Its 180-lb capacity handles my two e-bikes with excellent stability thanks to padded hooks, strong straps, and anti-rattle features. The foldable, tiltable design adds convenience, and its adjustable holders fit many bike types for when I take my regular bikes. It is a reliable, well-built rack. Additionally, the installation is quick, the materials feel sturdy, and the reflective safety features offer extra peace of mind during night drives. An excellent choice for anyone needing a durable bike rack that fits any standard hitch receiver.

Very sturdy, easy to assemble and use, folds up for storage
I've used this rack for about 3months on my Toyota RAV4 with two Cannondale bikes (42lbs each). What I like: - Easy to assemble - Seems very heavy-duty and stable. - The screw-in hitch pin and additional hitch stabilizer greatly reduces any wobble...very effective. - Has a long enough tube length from my trailer hitch that insures no contact between bikes and the back of my vehicle. - Although I'm a bit uncertain about the velcro tire straps, they're very good quality and I've had no issues - The manufacturer followed up with a feedback email that resulted in a very positive dialogue about a couple of things on the rack that could be better. I was impressed with the follow-up. - I did a fair amount of initial research and don't think you can beat the price point for a bike rack of this quality...it's a very good deal for the money. I'm very pleased with the rack. What I don't like: - The review comments regarding flimsy foam j-hook covers are correct. With that said, I went to a local hardware store and bought a couple of 1ft lengths of 5/8" heater hose. I pulled off the existing foam padding, and with a little silicone grease and twisting, successfully installed my replacement hose. It's been very secure with no movement or issues. I let the manufacturer know about it on a feedback email that he sent. He advised they've now modified the j-hook padding to be much better 👍 - If you need to slide the top j-hook off the vertical bar to mount your bikes, you'll be frustrated by a metal rivet at the top of the center post that makes it difficult to completely slide off the hook without taking the hook-bracket apart. The upside of this is that it keeps the hook from siding all the way off. Downside is that at least in my case, it makes bike mounting a bit more difficult. I also advised the manufacturer about this, so they may be working on a solution. For me, it's not a show-stopper...just annoying, and in my opinion easy to re-engineer if they choose to do so.

Get some help loading your bike on the back rack.
This bike rack is rated for e bikes. It's very sturdy and it's great on value to money ratio. The rear rack is a bit difficult to get your bike up there by yourself. The outside rack is a breeze. I didn't like the Honda down strap not for the wheels but, the other longer one. It didn't seem strong enough so I provided my own ratch strap to get it done. I loved the ease of putting it together and ease of use. This rack holds the bikes securely. I would recommend this rack to my friend.

Great bike rack
Great Bike rack for the price. Pros: Cost is great and built quality is good. I like the anti wobble device. Easy to pull the pin and tip in up or down to access the back of your vehicle or truck bed. Cons: Assembly takes a little bit more time than more expensive racks. Have to play with a bit to dial everything in just right. Heavy. Be careful if you have a tailgate (explanation below) All in all this thing is awesome for the cost. I have used it on multiple road trips and driven at least 2000 miles with out any issues. I'm not sure why people are having problems with the rubber portion of it wearing away and damaging their bikes... I haven't had that problem. Only thing I can think of is that maybe the arms aren't secured really tight allowing the wrapping to rub and wear away? If you are worried about that I would just put thin piece of cloth or something between your bike and the rubber I guess. Only downside to this rack is if you are using it with a pick up truck Be careful with you tailgate. When the rack is in the down folded position so you can open your tailgate, make sure to check if it will hit the top of the receiver portion of the rack (see red circled area in photo). My tailgate on my 2021 F150 will hit this before its all the way down, it is SO close to being able to be fully open before it touches, I keep a little nice piece of thick foam to put in-between this portion of the rack and the tailgate so it doesn't damage it.

sturdy and convenience
I bought this hitch bike rack, and it has been a solid and reliable addition to my setup. It holds my bikes securely with no wobble, thanks to the padded hooks and stabilizer system, and it doesn’t scratch the frame. The foldable and tilting design makes it super convenience. I can still access my trunk without taking the rack off. It handles different types of bikes easily, including heavier models, and the adjustable holders make the fit simple.

Good bike rack at a good price
bought this bike rack to haul my mt. bike and e-bike. Was easy to assemble, and seems very well made. I hauled my bikes on the back of my tacoma truck as far a 50 miles away with no problems. For the price... or that matter any price this is a good rack. I like that it has a rubber coating on the hold down arms instead of foam , that tears off in a short time. It seems to be well thought out and works great for a very good price...what more could you ask for...

This was very easy to assemble and worked flawlessly. It's easy to use and is very sturdy. I was concerned when I ordered it that because it was cheaper than most others the quality wouldn't be very good. I was very wrong. It's as good as any high-name product at 2-3 times higher prices. Don't hesitate to buy this, you can buy it with confidence. If I had any complaint at all it would be that the adjustable parts can be a little hard to move sometimes, but they are not too bad. If you want to remove the hooks that hold the bikes down, that's a little awkward without something to tap them off and on with only because they catch on the rivets that hold the end caps onto the main tube. I'm sure over time they will wear in and be less difficult, but it's far from a deal breaker. I'm impressed.

Easy to use. Very stable when driving. Only complaint, the knobs for adjusting the grab bar height could be bigger and/or redesigned
