I was really excited to get this product after my mommy makeover to aid with my healing and when I received it there was lots of things floating in the liquid. I shook it to see if it was just settled but that only made more appear floating. Worse this item is non returnable.

Greta lymphatic tincture without the alcohol involved, I’m always looking for alcohol free tinctures becuase I don’t consume alcohol or put it in my body so this one was a win when finding it . Love the blend they use and the price is great for the amount you get.

I needed this for swollen lymph nodes and it did nothing. Echinacea is good to take for colds but apparently it doesn't do anything for what I needed it for. Maybe it'll work for you.
