No, this is the meter and probe only, no case.

Is this meter able to be calibrated?

No, it is factory calibrated. Customers normally do not have a stable temperature source for calibration. For example some customers tried to calibrate with boiling water, but forgot that at higher altitude, the boiling temperature changes. It is 212 deg F at sea level, but 210 deg F at 1000 ft altitude. So the customer error would be very large.
