Great for fondant!
I was nervous fondant would stick and be hard to peel out of these molds but it's not at all. I did not have to dust them with sugar or anything, they peel right out with ease. My 9 year old child was able to use these on her own. Definitely check the size, they were a tad smaller than I expected. The numbers are also larger than the letters. Perfect for a Harry Potter cake!

Works better with gumpaste or fondant
What's not to like? Perfect for a Harry Potter cake! I used fondant. Easiest to rub a bit of shortening around with your finger, then push and spread the fondant and scrape off excess. No need to let it sit, just gently lay upside down and peel back and let them fall out on their own. Made all these letters and numbers in less than 15 min. The mold is not very deep so let the letters/numbers sit on parchment until hard enough to handle but be gentle. So happy I bought them!

Perfect font for a Ironman cake
These letters are bigger than most but so perfect!!! I love how the font matched the Ironman theme!
