Best vitamin a I’ve found for kids

My daughter had gastric bypass surgery and can't absorb normal Vitamin A. The result was that she developed night blindness and loss of color vision. She literally was going blind, and despite seeing THREE different opthalmology specialists, they were initially unable to figure out the cause. Then a doctor finally said, "Oh, Night Blindness and she had gastric bypass? She might have Vitamin A deficiency." So we checked her levels and sure enough, she essentially had NO Vitamin A, despite taking large doses of oral Vitamin A. When we saw that, we had a local pharmacy start compounding Vitamin A INJECTIONS for her. They helped, but even though she took them consistently, they didn't help enough. Then we found out that the type of Vitamin A in these drops could be absorbed in the mouth, without swallowing it, so we tried it and it was AMAZING. She suddenly went from being almost unable to see at night, right back to normal night vision and normal color vision, too! Now she takes them faithfully, every day, and I can't praise them enough. These drops worked, where Vitamin A injections and massive doses of pills did not.

Excellent vitamin to keep my kid healthy.

Its a decent tasting part of my daily supplement routine. I like the quality and that its organic. I know it contributes to my healthy looking skin. I only wish it came in a lager size.

I give this five stars for ease of use. You just shake, drip into water or other drink, stir and drink. But I'm taking away one star because of the taste. It's NOT nasty, but it does have a distinct medicinal taste to it. Not pleasant at all. Plus, it's not a one-drip thing. They recommend 9 drops so you're definitely going to taste it. I only used 5, and...well, not nice.

I give this vitamin to my son as he has e eczema and dry skin and it has help a lot to controlled his eczema and dry skin. Don’t know what it taste like I always put it in his juice or chocolate milk, good size lasts about 2mths so it’s easy to swallow and don’t upset his stomach and it’s good value for money too.

Doesn't taste bad or upset the tummy at all. I will be ordering it again when I run out.
