I use this as a mouthwash as I have an ulcer that keeps flaring up and was advised the tooth would have to come out. That was 4 years ago and I still have the tooth. Dilute 15 drops with the same, or a little bit more of water and swish around problem area in your mouth 3 or 4 times a day when symptoms are severe then once a day when better, you don't need to spit it out it can be swallowed as it is also an immune builder and helps to ward off coughs and colds when everyone around is getting them. it really works for me
