Had this for a few years now and still holds up great. No stains even after a few spills on it. No cracking in the rubber. Great item

medium to hard firmness on the felt cover is nice, the design is very nice and looks like a fairly high res version of what you see advertised. Rubber keeps it firm to the desk and is big enough for my keyboard mouse and microphone holder with room to spare.

Good functionality, print quality has maintained over the last few months and mouse glides very easily across. However, it does retain dirt very easily.
