These multi-vitamins have everything I need in 1 capsule. I am pleased with this product and have it on subscription.

I had gastric bypass last year and was taking a very costly chew that did not have extra iron. I was afraid of taking a pill since they usually make my stomach upset. Even with the extra iron these do not upset my stomach. It is only one a day instead of 2 chews, and a bottle is half the cost of the chews. I recently had labs done and they were all in range so they work great. They aren't horse pills and they go down easy with water. I do take them with breakfast just to be on the safe side. Have continued to purchase.
