Works perfectly with audio and video with my M2 MacBook Air
I have a 2022 MacBook Air with only 2 thunderbolt/USB-C ports but at home I have a USB-C speakerphone, USB-A logitech unified receiver, webcam and a monitor to connect. The speakerphone required a thunderbolt connection so plain old USB-C Docking stations would not work. This ACASIS dock, however, worked perfectly. I connect the MacBook to the Dock with a Thunderbolt 4 cable and can plug in the USB-A devices without issue. For the monitor, I used a USB-C to HDMI cable and that worked perfectly as well. MacBook charges from the dock. With this device I have greatly reduced the number of cables on my desk. The only think I would like for ACASIS to change is to move the laptop port to the back and to include a 90 degree, 240W Thunderbolt 4 cable. With those changes, this device would be 6 stars.

Solid well designed product.
This is a well designed and manufactured product. The case is hefty and the power supply is a beast! 120 watts! The ports are well thought out with some in the front and some in the back. All in all - a solid product.

Died after 18 months
Was great for about 18 months, but little by little ports stopped working and now the unit doesn't work at all now. Wouldn’t buy again.

Dual 4K Displays for M3 MacBook Pro
This hub is incredible. I’ve tried and returned two other Thunderbolt 4 hubs, but this one is a keeper. I use adapters for my mini display port and HDMI connections to fit the USB type C ports and they work flawlessly for 4K 60Hz. I also have an audio interface connected to the other thunderbolt 4 port and it work perfectly with no noise. I highly recommend this hub even if you need to get a couple adapters to meet your needs.

Good dock so far
I own a 16" MacBook Pro M1 and needed a dock for my home office. This one was priced significantly lower than other options, although I believe I got it on sale because the price went up about $80 the next day.The dock itself is quite solid, with a metal outer shell and plastic on the front and back. I do a lot of video and graphic design work, often working up to 16 hours a day, which means I am constantly saving and transferring large files through all my external drives. So far, the dock has warmed up during use, but it hasn't reached a temperature that I would consider hot. I make use of all the ports on the back, connected are three external hard drives, one external SSD, and a powered USB-C 3.2 Gen 2 hub with two connected printers. This load would typically stress most docks, but it's handling it well at the moment. My main critique of the dock is the placement of the USB-C port to the computer, which is on the front. It would have been better if it was on the back. One thing to note is that the power brick is quite large, so I wouldn't recommend this dock as a travel accessory. If I had purchased it at its regular price, I might have opted for a more well-known brand instead. However, for now, I can recommend it, and I will update this review if any issues arise in the coming months. I've encountered many faulty docks sold on Amazon in the past, so I'll update any performance issues I find.

Works great so far!
Very satisfied with this dock. I can from using a Dell TB4 dock which had a lot of issues for being brand new and name brand. The main issue was that every single time I connected my PC it would not negotiate resolution with my monitor properly and I'd have to power cycle the monitor. Dell told me it was the monitor but it worked fine when directly connecting to the PC.This dock solved that issue and has worked perfectly on every connect and disconnect. It supports the high bandwidth rate my monitor needs (240Hz, 5120x1440p) without issue. It always immediately connects and the PC discovers all of my devices right away. The network port has been reliable. It also needed zero drivers and was plug and play. The only thing that was a bit confusing was the labeling on the USB C ports on the dock - they are all labeled 40Gbps but one has a picture of a monitor next to it. Apparently this is the one that goes to your laptop or PC. I thought it was a port that was supposed to be used for a monitor only or something.Overall I'm very happy with this dock. I will update my review over time if I run into any issues.

Causes malfunctions with Macbook Pro and overheats quickly
Do not buy! At first, this felt very useful with the multiple Thunderbolt ports to support two monitors. The size of it fit nicely on my desk. However, within a few weeks, my Macbook Pro would freeze and the monitors would produce a bright purple color. I could not use the MacBook until I hard restarted it. This happened nearly every week for months. The dock would sometimes heat up during normal use and the front USB ports would quit working when connected.I contacted Acasis multiple times for a replacement under warranty and they have never responded back. Please look elsewhere for a better product and customer service!

USB A / 3.0 Dead
The USB A / 3.0 ports absolutely do not work. I had to get my cheap USB C hub out to access devices. Video will not play on MAC OS devices through this hub that are DRM / HDCP protected, i.e.. Netflix, Apple TV, Amazon Prime, etc...
