I was looking to combine all three elements of internet conferencing together. Got that with ease and quality. Easy connection, great sound, mic works flawlessly and so does the camera. All at a very good price.

Overall, it does the job I need it to do. However, the USB cord is a bit short.

I've had this for a year. Does it show a video? Yeah....Does it have speakers and a microphone?...yeah...Is it good? No.1.) There are no instructions. So don't bother troubleshooting.2.) It washes me out in most lighting. During the day, I have to have all the blinds closed or I'll look at paper white on the screen. During the evening, the light of the monitor that it's sitting on washes me out. Is there a way to fix this? Who knows because there's no troubleshooting. So for work meetings, it looks like I'm a skinwalker reporting from an underground bunker.3.) Today the speakers started crackling like I've been blasting music 24/7 for the last year on full volume. I live in a small apartment and the loudest I play my music is at the halfway point of the volume my computer is capable of.TLDR, gets the job done I guess...plus side, you need to buy a new one in a year...downside, EVERYTHING ELSE. I will NEVER buy another AirHug...It's like the most awkward unwanted hug I've ever had.

I purchased a couple of these for employees. We have been very satisfied. Not only does the picture appear clear, but the sound is as well. I have bought a few more since.

I host a weekly sales call where I show a PowerPoint, plus I am on lots of Zoom and Teams meetings where we have cameras on. I bought this because I have a large screen and I wanted to have eye contact instead of looking up or to the right. This unit does that, but it's so bulky that it interferes with what I can see. I'm constantly moving the screen or trying to look around it. I've also had lots of complaints when I use the Airhug (this unit) microphone. It's a fail for me.

I sent the originally ordered item back for a replacement, thinking it was a defective unit. But both units showed horizontal moving lines on the video image. Multiple cables, ports tried. Not an issue for other webcams with my computer.
