Just ordered epic venison strips, but they have like white clumps of what looks like grease/fat inside the packaging. is this normal? looks gross.

YES, it's normal. It's fat. Meat has fat. People need to learn what REAL meat is like, not the overly lean pristinely trimmed crap you get everywhere nowadays. Cutting out the fat removes much of the nutrition. Anything that has fat/tallow like this is the GOOD stuff!

Are these more like regular jerky or soft like the Epic bars?

Sort of in between. They're not as soft as the epic bites but they're a little less tough than other brand of jerky I've tried.

Is it 100% grass fed AND finished as well as organic, and in the meantime do you know the pesticide content?

The manufactured has answered our inquiry. No pesticides. 100% grass fed and finished.

Can you eat theses with no teeth?

This project is a hard jerky. If the person has really strong gums that can chew nuts, they might be able to chew this. I recommend you buy an individual pice first and try it. It is more expensive that way but it is better try it before you buy the large pack
