Q: What is the "natural source" of this bonemeal, please?

The labelling is a bit deceptive. There are actually two sources of the calcium: Bone Meal and Calcium Carbonate (usually ground up limestone from a quarry) which is MUCH cheaper to produce so I wouldn't be surprised if this is 99% limestone and 1% bones.

Q: I am trying to get away from any products coming out of china. where this product is made. Can anyone tell me if this is from?

I just got off the phone with them. They state that bone meal used to be sourced from New Zealand, but now it is sourced from the US. It is not heat processed, but freeze dried so no nutrients are not lost. Any heavy metals would most likely be trace amounts of arsenic or lead. USP requires heavy metals to be under 3 ppm, but according to them, their powder consistently comes in under 1 ppm. California proposition 65 requires labels on products containing trace heavy metals, and are stricter than USP guidelines, but California is looking for perfection and perfection does not exist in this world. Even your own wells can contain trace amounts of arsenic, lead, etc. I use this product for me and my dog.

It's 1 16oz bottle serving size is 1 tsp there are about 72 servings. I use it daily in my home made fresh dog food.
