I had a chance to purchase similar product on a TV selling site- - but I didn’t want to purchase required 3 jars. This was a perfect site to purchase/taste before I consider as a gift. What a fun BACON product! It is as tasty as you might think. I’d say the product has texture similar to a thick marmalade. It is a serious yummy product and can’t wait to share! I think Elvis would have loved to have tried on a peanut butter sandwich. Plan to serve often! ... but please, reserve just for your special friends.

Product was too sweet for me; however, I tried the Black Peppercorn Bacon Jam, and LOVED it!! Delicious with ham as a condiment or glaze, and also really adds a new dimension to hamburgers. Excellent follow-up and customer service from this family-owned business. Will continue to purchase the BPB Jam.

I lost all of my teeth before I was 30 due to bone malformation. So I don’t get to eat bacon, in my opinion the best meat product on the planet, which is very upsetting. Finding this was incredible but I did not expect, for the price, the jar to be so tiny –I know I should’ve looked closer at the ounces–If this is something you can afford… It is very very good!

Not quite sure why it's called jam!!!! But I use it in backed beans, it's the Wham Bam!!!! It has more of a some what sweet,smokey BBQ flavor. And that smokey flavor is also in the bacon pieces in it. This stuff is going to be very helpful in my Holiday cooking. Highly recommend it!!!!!

I was hooked by the delicious bacon smell and the taste was equally wonderful on sandwiches and burgers.

my last jar was fabulous. this one was not labeled "uncured" even though that's what i ordered. i don't know if that matters but this bottle was filled with a pale, pasty, and tasteless paste. if there were any bacon bits they long since decomposed into jelly-like blobs. the previous bottle was a dark jam filled with bacon bits and absolutely delicious.

I bought it for my friend (a 56 year old man) who is kinda a Vanilla personality. He calls me early in the morning and ask me what he was going to do with Bacon Jam? He said he likes Bacon, he likes Jam, but not together. Three days later, and he still won't try it...lol I will update this when he does. He says it's a great conversation piece though.
