I looked at the reviews of a lot of chairs and chose this one. Now that I have it, I'm super happy with my choice. Some of the reasons....*came all in one piece and there are rollers so that the chair can be tilted back and rolled, *heavy duty so will hold "big" people, *wall hugger, so I don't have to sit it in the middle of the floor. Now the important part...so many massage features! I can adjust for the youngest and oldest in my family, When my teenage grandkids come in they head for the "chair." And last but not least, the company is amazing and I feel like the value of the chair is more than worth what I paid.

I looked around forever trying to find a massage chair in my price range and decided to go with this one because of the S track. Not only does it move the rollers along the spine, you can adjust the width of the rollers as well. It has several preprogrammed massages, including a soft massage if you don't like too much pressure and a spa massage that only does the arms, legs, and feet, which is perfect if you are pregnant. It also has manual massages, and you can adjust the areas, pressure, speed, type of massage, number or rollers, and length of time. Honestly, there isn't anything that I wish this massage chair could do. We got the upgraded model. We haven't used the app with it, but I assume you can save your manual massages with it. The heat on the legs is barely noticeable, but the heat on the back is amazing! Sometimes it's a little too hot. There is just one temp setting for that though. Either on or off. The air bags don't have a ton of pressure, even on level 3, but it is relaxing. One of my favorite features is that you can adjust the height of the rollers. I am 5'2" and have neck pain, and I can adjust the rollers so they only go to my shoulders. Otherwise it would go to the top of my head. I have used this chair to relieve headaches and stress - and it was well worth the money. When turning off the machine, the rollers re-set, so they aren't sticking out if you just want to sit in it. My family loves it too. Any time I can't find one of my kids, they are in this chair.

Massage chair came FULLY assembled and in amazing condition. Once it was unboxed it was ready for use which saves sooooo much time and having to skip the assemble process. 10/10 would recommend this chair to anyone wanting a massage chair! Customer support is AMAZING and are ON IT with whatever help you may need. They go above and beyond to make sure you are well taken care of and have all of your questions answered.

After looking at countless reviews of massage chairs. We settled on this one. We are so glad we did. The whole family uses it. The SLtrack really helps get my lower back aligned. We love this massage chair.

I just purchased this massage chair and it is wonderful. The communication with the seller was on point. This is the best present 🎁 I ever got. You will really enjoy this especially after a long day of work. It has all different options, also blue tooth, it’s has the option to stretch your body. It’s absolutely 💯 the Best Buy on the market. The County Fair sells the same kind of chair for 10 to 15,000 thousand. I almost got suckered. Glad I waited and listened to my sister. This chair came professional boxed. You take it out of the box and plug it in and off to heaven you go. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I don't have a house so I renovated my apartment. It's bittersweet to have a new environment after 7 years in the same apt. That said huge ticket items can easily cause buyer remorse (since I would still like a house) but I can say a few months in and I still have none about this product. It's easily the point of interest for family and guest. More importantly it works, hopefully for many years.

The media could not be loaded.  The shipping came in a reasonable amount of time. Yes, it was dropped off at the front door but we figured it out. It certainly is heavy. Carrying it up the stairs was no joke but so worth it. There was essentially nothing to do but unpack it and plug it in. It can be super close to the wall without damaging it, not butted up against the wall but close. I was afraid it was going to be small and I was going to feel stuffed in it but there is plenty of room, both for height and width. It is a quality product. Does not feel cheap or temporary by any means. I hooked up my Spotify to the Bluetooth with a special folder for this chair with rain, thunderstorms, and babbling creeks....so relaxing. The light on the side can be turned off through the remote or app. App was easy to set up. There are airbags to the shoulders, calves, arms and ankles. The heat to the lower back is a nice treat but the heat to the back of the calves isn't as noticable. Yes, the remote could use a back light but that is by no means a deal breaker. I did soooo much research and cross comparison. This is the one I landed on for the price point offering the absolutes I wanted in this machine. I love the stretch mode. The sleep mode will put you right out. Initially the foot roller wasn't working but wiggling the cable was all that took. Must have shook too much in transport but it hasn't had an issue since. Customer service is ON IT! I am quite impressed with their responsiveness. Well done. Between myself and all my adult children that still live nearby, it is a huge hit and frequently used by them in the 2 months that we've had it. I feared it would be a fad and not used much after the initial newness wore off but man was I wrong! I find myself working in a session throughout the day. Best decision ever!!! For the quality, the price, the customer service, the amenities...the whole package!!! Could go on and on... Very pleased. I believe you will be too.

I have to say this chair is amazing! I did a lot of research and comparisons before buying this chair; and I’m so happy I landed on this one. It has so many different features all offer a unique experience. I’ve always had a bad back and recently had back surgery, and I have noticed considerable improvement from using this chair. Friends and family want to come over just to use the chair! If you are thinking about buying a massage chair this one is for you, you will not regret it.

Chair is great and am happy with my purchase. If you are looking for a massage chair, this is the one for you. There are lots of options and am still exploring all the styles and settings. Seller kept us up-to-date re shipping. Chair came well packaged and is very heavy. Note that the chair is not delivered in the house. I suggest that you buy a "Shoulder Dolly" (available on Amazon) to move it in the house.

I did my due diligence and researched massage chairs for months! All around so far it is a really good massager and looks good too! It gives a great massage with so many personal choices! Take some time to to study the remote all the options. I liked when I figured out how to lay back and have the leg rest up after my massage and just lay there for a while! All our company that comes over has tried it and say they need to get one (sometime they're in it a long time)! I purchased this model as it also has heat not only for the back but also the calves which I really wanted. Very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend!

1.The delivery date is not accurate. It’s about a week after that that you get contacted to set up delivery. 2. they should really tell you where the power button is. I lost time which is not a big deal but I was extremely frustrated.3. The only other thing I would mention is that it is extremely strong in the lower back where it Hammer is your SI joints. I found that I had to put a towel over the lock, my lower back because it was pounding the bones in my lower back that form my pelvis. Otherwise, I really like it. It’s comfortable it’s good looking it does push your head a bit forward. I still had a great first massage on the unit today. I think it’s a good chair.
