In my opinion, this tea helps me to stay more regular with monthly body functions. Reasonably priced and I can drink it with or without honey. Sturdy tea bag and firmly attached tag. I really like this brand.

Oh, my goodness! I have the most unpredictable irregular period on the face of the universe! It is heavy, long and the cramps were almost unbearable and that's coming from someone who has a high pain tolerance.So here's the thing. After looking around for natural solutions and remedies, I came across vitex and so I kept digging and reading things about it and the more I read, the more excited and intrigued I was. Can this really be the solution to my menstruation/hormonal problem? The only thing I had to do was to find out so I bought the tea and the capsules.I cannot lie, this is truly a life saver. It is supposed to help regulate your cycles by balancing your hormones and so far, it has done just that for me. I started taking it when my period started and within a couple of days I could tell it was working. No more sore breasts, cramps weren't are strong anymore and my periods didn't last more than 7 days.Then as my second period came about, everything was a breeze, not much of a heavy bleeding, barely any cramps if any, no soreness of my breasts. I can't speak anymore highly of this, it is amazing!The only thing I noticed was that it brought back my period two weeks after I started to take it but I think it's normal as it is working to normalize my cycle and balance everything. I'm sure by the third cycle, things should be in order.The taste is very distinct but to me it isn't unpleasant so that's your warning. Some ginger, honey and lemon should help out with the taste and they are also good for your health.

It's kinda spicy. Nice to have an herbal tea without caffeine. Steeped like any other tea.

I suffer from pmdd. My periods were dreadful. I was text book pmdd and I didn’t want to get on any antidepressants or hormones. Sooo I started taking this tea religiously twice a day daily hoping it was an answer to my prayers…When I tell you this tea has been everything to me I mean it . No mood swings , no more crying , no more depression episodes, my breast still get tender but nothing like before , hardly and cramps, and my headaches went down from daily the week prior to my period to like once right before. I don’t know if this will work for you but it worked for me and I’m telling everyone about it.Im not using it for fertility just hormone balance so I cannot speak on that . But for pms /pmdd yes just yes .

I mix this with other hormone balancing teas and within a month or so my cycle was back to normal! Get it❣️

Do not drink this tea if you have fibroids or any other hormonal issues. This does help with managing PMS, PMDD and PME...like a charm I must say. However, this tea started my cycle early and I was over it. I felt pressure and a weird feeling in my womb. It's perfect for my PMDD symptoms but le sigh...

I love and will continue to buy this as I notice increased libido and lubrication. Spices up the relationship...thank you, thank you 🙏
