Beautiful Cookbook
This book is a feast for the eyes. It is a beautiful book with gorgeous pictures. I haven’t tried any of the recipes but there are many I want to try. When I say many, I mean lots of recipes, this is a tome of a cookbook at close to 400 pages. It is definitely worth adding to your cookbook collection.

Not many plant based recipes -- hmmm
Tessa Kiros claims she is cooking differently now -- more plant based recipes -- which had me excited, as I fell in love with her Twelve, Falling Cloudberries and Apples for Jam books, but have sat out all the ones in between, as they were too heavily meat based.I was really excited to dive into her new way of cooking, but a look through the beautifully picture book-type cookbook and I'm just not seeing an abundance of plant based recipes -- I mean, there are some there, but not enough for me to own the book. So, if you are like me, and interested in a more up to date way of cooking -- no or at least much less meat on your plate -- get the book from the library and copy out some of those recipes.Common' Tessa -- give us more plant-based recipes if you are really cooking them in your life now.
