Requires a SD card to load music
Edited to add: company got back with me. A sd card is required In order to use or load musicCame with no user manual of any type. Even attempted to find one online and was unable to. Device was unable to connect to my computer , therfore i was unable to transfer files. I was unable to even charge device fully despite it being on charger for over 4 hours . While it seems very cost effective i do not recommend this as it does not seem usable

Useless
The product arrived with no user instructions or documentation. Also, when connected to computer, it was not recognized and is therefore unusable. Perhaps I need to buy and install a memory card - since it will not function in its current state. Seems to be quite useless.

Doesn't Work
I don't know what to make of this device. I had one some years ago and expected this one to work the same. I expected to be able to plug it into my computer, transfer sound files, then play sound files. But none of my computers recognize this device. That leaves me with no way to load the device with any files which means nothing to play. I hate to just throw it away, but it appears to be completely useless.

No instructions and description did not say SD card needed to work!
Bought this because my Ipod Shuffle stopped taking a charge. Looks like the same thing except for the USB charging cable. No instructions! Red light came on as soon as it was connected to USB charger. Charged about 20 hours and red light still on. Plugged into a Windows 7 and 10 PC. Neither recognized it. Read reviews and discovered that a micro SD card is required because the Mini MP3 has no onboard memory. That would have been nice to know in the description. Ordered SD card. Be here tomorrow. See what happens then. NO INSTRUCTIONS IS AN EPIC FAILURE!Update:Got the Mini SD card. Loaded some music to check it out. It works but the sound quality is acceptable for riding on my Harley but nowhere near the sound quality of the Ipod Shuffle this is replacing because it no longer accepts a charge. I guess you get what you pay for.

Broken right out of the package
One of them broke right out of the package. The button fell off. Because they are cheap and I don't wanna deal with the hassle of return, I used clear packing tape over the button , to put it back on.Yes they require a micro SD card. The headphone cords are short and they are cheap. I expect that to go next. Seriously dollar general headphones are an upgrade.Heads up I bought 2. Just in case both were black ones.
