CallToU Caregiver Pager Wireless Call Button Nurse Alert System Home Care

This call bell was exactly what I needed while caring for my father during his illness. It was simple to use, reliable, and gave both of us peace of mind because he could easily get my attention whenever he needed help. The sound is loud and clear, the quality is excellent, and it worked perfectly. It made caregiving much easier, and I highly recommend it to anyone taking care of a loved one at home.

Quite surprised. I gave this a chance thinking it might not work. I’m shocked! Works well. The button is far away from receivers. Through walls/doors. Have 3 receivers plugged in, 2 are about 2 rooms away and the 3rd downstairs. The 1st receiver I thought would work but didn’t think 2nd and 3rd receiver would. All 3 work great and are loud. As soon as you plug it in it makes the sound of the alert. I kept it on the doorbell sound. Didn’t try out the other sounds. I feel it gives relief to an elderly person that you don’t need a cell phone by you incase of a fall or medical emergency. Have 2 buttons near the floor just incase. Honestly, so easy to set up. Just plug in and click the button! I also had the person in need of the button practice hitting the button and hearing the alert so they know when clicking the bottom how it would sound for caregiver. Overall, amazing product!

This is the best thing I've purchased as far as reliable practicality is concerned. I'm not deaf but I have acute hearing loss and use hearing aides, which help. but not when my wife is in another part of the house and trying to get my attention. Her recent hip replacement surgery meant I had to find a way for her to contact me, anytime, anywhere in the house. I found these CallToU devises on Amazon and bought the three-unit "speakers" and two call buttons set. Super-easy for a technologically-challenged senior citizen to just plug them in and instantly program the buttons. Cyling through the 55 differnt chimes (!) was a bit tedious and I never got past the first four or five - using a differnt chime for each speaker in each of three rooms simply because I could. I put one in my bathroom, one in the kitchen and one in my home office. Realizing I needed another, I purchased another single speaker and button for the living room (didn't need the extra call button but it came with the speaker). They all programmed effortlessly with each other. Just plug them into any wall socket. When my wife presses one of her two call buttons (one is always on her temporary walker) all four speakers chime at once, all over the house. Hard not to hear (!), as I have these set on the highest volume!. All I have to know is where she is ( I know she's somewhere in the house) and I can instantly come to her aid. We're going to keep on using these even after her hip heals. It sure beats her shouting my name whenever she needs me to help her with something.

This was an amazing product and helped me so much while caring for my mom. It gave her an easy way to call me whenever she needed help without having to yell or worry about whether I could hear her. The pager gave me peace of mind because I could be in another room and still know when she needed me. It was simple to use, reliable, and made caregiving a little easier for both of us. I highly recommend it for anyone caring for an elderly parent or loved one at home.

Seems to be expected quality of materials. -As far as the plastic, I would make sure to not plug it into an outlet that gets direct sunlight so it doesn't crack apart over time. -The buttons are a nice size but the rubber membrane over the button seems a bit thin and not sure how long it will hold up. -Something I noticed when pairing buttons to base was you can set different tones for each button. Set the tone you want first then pair the button. Select the next tone and pair a different button if you want. This will be handy for multiple people that use this or you can get the door chimes and know when a front or back door opens. Also you could set up a red button for emergency and the blue for 'could you come here'. I also added the wall mount pull stations which work in the same way. Just be sure to SELECT THE TONE YOU WANT FIRST EVERY TIME before pairing the next button. It goes back to 'ding dong' unless you change it before pairing the next button. -I put 1 receiver in my bedroom and other under my desk then walked around outside and had mom listen for it at key locations. This has impressive distance which I assume will reduce as the battery gets weaker so keep an eye on that if you need distance. Mailbox - check. Across the street - check. Neighbors house - check. Back of neighbors property - check. All the way to the edge of the field - Too far. So 300-400 feet is totally within the capabilities of this unit which had to go through a few walls too. I believe it has 4 volume settings and the only real downside to me is there are too many melodies instead of 'ringtone' type tones. -When attaching the lanyard, use the tool in the box to slide off the back, insert the loop from the outside then loop the other end of lanyard through loop on back side and cinch tight. Don't rely on just sliding it over the hook. It won't stay in place and could pop off with a tug. I'll add a pic if I can. -Whole set up was a bit pricey but it is a one time thing. No monthly subscriptions so I guess it could be worth it.

This is a must have for a caregiver. It’s so easy to set up and the flexibility of the tone sounds is great since I always have other alarms and reminders beeping. My husband became disabled recently and he has this to call me. We have a one level home and we’re almost the maximum distance apart yet the alarm is easily heard If someone had more than one person to provide care for, the distinctive rings would be handy.

This product is awesome! The person for whom I care uses a walker and takes one button with her on the deck and when she’s ready to come in she rings for me. I also keep it by her bedside at night. The other call buttons I put on the bathroom wall and attached one to the table by her recliner in her bedroom. I placed one ringer by my bed and the other in the living room. Super easy since it is already programmed to work. What a help for caregivers! —providing peace of mind for both the caregiver and the one for whom care is provided!

These are great and give me a peace of mind! I have the buttons and alarms all over the house so that I can tend to other things without stressing if my father is in trouble.

Super simple to set up. Very easy to use.

Works fine as emergency call button for aged person. No setup at all, and is loud enough for a reliable alert
