This is an excellent product. Makes a nice refreshing drink so it's easy to take.

I am a clerical worker and am sedentary all day. Due to this I experience constant soreness in my thighs and calves. I'm giving this a 5 star, because Pure Encapsulations is (in my opinion) one the cleanest best supplement companies you can find. It runs a little pricey. Now, am I saying I've been running marathons without feeling them since taking N.O.? Not really. I can guarantee you though that it's a quality supplement (ingredients wise.). So this is more a positive review for the Brand.

Flavor is very mild and it is easy to sip before and during workouts, either cardio blasts or weights. Mixes in water immediately.
