Nicely packaged but have no idea if this product is or is not beneficial, although at my age inclined to clutch at any straws available. No problems with the brain so far, so like to think it is doing some good. That, and a bit of Kimchi every morning is said to work wonders!

So I bought it to shrink my nasal polyps as there was a report on nattokinase and reduction of nasal polyps, in vitro though. I started with one pill per day and that didn't make any difference. I am now on to two pills per day (one morning and one night) but after a week, I still see no difference on my polyps. Other than that, I have no side effects yet. The pills are also easy to swallow and they don't leave any weird aftertaste. The nattokinase is not meant to be given for nasal polyps but I thought I will give it go. In spite not seeing any positive effect, I will rate it as 5 stars.

I was told to purchase these as Ive had a muscle injury for a while. Since taking these for a short time Ive started to feel a lot better, and it's been months since I got my injury. This probably is because it's helping with blood flow to the muscles. Well that's what I believe.Easy to swallow and great value for money. I have been telling others to get these. An absolute must

Very good for blood pressure

I purchased this product and after contents was finished I felt no difference in my circulation. It was only after reading in depth about nattokinase should always be taken on empty stomach. Taken it with food will have no benefits other than partially helping digest food in your stomach, this would be a very expensive digestive enzyme incomparrison to protase, lipase, lactase etc.

Food supplements are hard to rate. No noticeable change but they are easy to take and delivery was quite quick.
