I got this for VGA to HDMI, and it wasn't working, but it works for HDMI to VGA, so make sure you are getting the correct one.But it worked great for its purpose, connecting to an HDMI port and a VGA input.

Installed on my monitor with only VGA input. My computer has only HDMI output and can run two monitors so I was able to get my old monitor to work with the HDMI input. It works great. Happy that there is an adapter for it. It was super plug and play. Its small enough to hide on the computer. Product looks high quality. Highly recommended.

Cheap, worked fine as advertised, not a lot to say about it, it's a converter

I bought a new computer and needed to connect an older monitor to it. Since I use dual monitors, I had previously had adapter cables that worked well but now needed a different connection for one of the monitors. I didn't realize it until I started connecting it that this was the same brand I had previously purchased years ago when I first started using dual monitors. I have not had this one long but am hoping it continues to perform as well as the previous one has. Do be sure to check what kind of connections you need before purchasing a cable as there are several types of connections out there (DisplayPort, USB, VGA, HDMI, male/female)

I used this in an AirBNB that had an older style monitor that required an SVGA plug and my laptop only had HDMI output. It worked perfectly for this purpose.

My monitor died. Intermittent display but not usable.Fortunately I had an old vga monitor laying around. The computer has a hdmi port for a monitor. This device attached securely to the vga port on the monitor and had a firm fit into the hdmi port on the computer. Turned on the computer. Monitor came to life quickly. Plug and play. Nothing more to do. Also, the price was very reasonable. Highly recommended device.
