it wont close once the bottle is in
The door wont close once the bottle is in. It is very slow. it takes ages to get the glass refilled with this. other than this is ok.

Does not take 5 gallon bottle.
This water dispenser cannot take the large bottle 5 gallon bottle… it goes in the compartment which will then not close!, also the hot water button jammed in ‘on’ position… also weak pressure on ‘room temperature’ outlet. Generally a poor product… it was returned. And bought the Zenzres which is 100%.

Cheap finish
This was a replacement for an older dispenser. It looks smart, but the finish is disappointingly 'cheap'. Lower door to the bottle compartment doesn't close properly when 5 gallon bottle is put in; needs a magnetic clip or something to keep it closed.

Stopped working after a month
Dispenser generates only hot and warm water after a month of using. Heater/cooling system does not work properly. Highly not recommended.

Very very bad quality
This my second return for this item, the first one have scratches and broken from inside and it was very noisy and shaking when it stop cooling ! Like i have it from thousands years and over used !! The second one once i turn it on it leaks the whole water from the back side !! I requested a refund this time no mre replacement from the same !

Great value, very attractive
Very pleasant appearance with mirrored front finish. Feels more substantial than other water dispensers at the ~AED500 price point. Has a stainless steel aspirator that I felt was more hygienic/safe than plastic. The bottom loading feature is much better for my back, as flipping a 5 gallon water bottle is heavy and clumsy. Sound dB is similar to the hum of a dorm-style refrigerator. Buttons on the top lessen the amount I need to bend over to fill a glass of water.

Already returned it back and bought a new one from nikai It doesn't have issue with the brand but all of the cooler with down space are getting damaged quickly Better to get the up ones
