The Airofit Active breathing trainer does exactly what it says. Well made and good basic app with this lower level Airofit. I might even be tempted to get the Active Pro in a while.

This device is well made and feels sturdy. It offers good resistant when breathing in and out. You can adjust the settings to whatever you feel most comfortable.The app works well, it has video instructions and various practices to choose from. It also keeps a log of your progress to encourage you.What I found most beneficial was the Inspiratory Foundation exercise. I feel this helps with my athsma. I have only been using this device a week and already I feel like I have more energy and I'm sleeping better.Why not 5 stars? It's overpriced for what it is, doesn't come with a case to store your device considering how much we pay, the app works well but it doesn't offer the same amount of practices as the Airofit Pro. One would think £100 would grant you full access to all the apps capabilities but no. However if money is no eject and you have athsma or just want to improve your breathing I definitely recommend this.

WOW! Does everything it says on the tin! Been using just over a month now and the difference is clear... My ONLY regret is that I didn't purchase it sooner! Having Asthma and Covid last xmas (one night in hospital) I wanted to help train my lungs back to strength as I was/am in the gym/running 6 days a week. My training confidence is now boosted!

It's a useful, well-built tool with an accompanying app to guide you through different exercises and hold you to account a bit. Only takes 8 mins per day to complete the exercises, so can easily be integrated into my daily routine.However, does get quite messy and requires rinsing after every use and has a limited range of exercises (as far as I can tell).Have used the device for a week now, so I'll withhold my judgement on it's effect on my fitness for the time being.

I don’t think think the exercises were great on the app they were more like for relaxation than to help with physical fitness

The product is quite basic. I expect more for the price. I have returned it and purchased the AirPro. I am hoping it will meet my expectations.

Dall'acquisto alla consegna tutto perfetto, sono già diversi giorni che lo uso e da che ero un po' scettico devo dire che si è rivelato un ottimo acquisto. Semplice da usare, l'applicazione aiuta a fare gli esercizi, bisogna essere solo consapevoli di usarlo ogni giorno. Io ho acquistato la versione Active (senza bluetooth) e mi trovo benissimo. Probabilmente con la versione Pro avrei messo una lode.

Jag har ingen lungsjukdom eller astma utan testat den för konditionsträning. Har använt den regelbundet under några veckor och inte märkt någon som helst effekt på varken min VO2, FTP eller upplevd ansträngning.Effekten av s.k. motståndsandning har dokumenterad effekt för flera lungsjukdomar. Däremot finns ingen forskning som visar effekt för friska tränande, vilket inte hindrar att man försökt marknadsföra det under många år.Produkten är väl designad och funkar som den ska. Det enda jag kan klaga på är att den är svår att göra ren från allt slem eftersom ventilerna kan inte monteras isär.Priset absolut hutlöst med tanke på att man kan få en enklare produkt med samma funktion till en bråkdel av priset och som dessutom är enklare att göra ren.Om du är orolig för din lungkapacitet köpt en PEF-mätare eller gå till läkaren.
