great product
Great product but I've gone back to ordering this kind of stuff in bulk. Good in combination with buck for making bread/cake (fried up) or solo in soup(I'm still new to making soup but it seems to do well with that cooking style of using lots of water).

I love this flour but one of the bags had a slice in it.. there was a bunch of flour in the bottom of my box.

Not sure if it's 100% teff
It made me sick..I am not sure if it's 100% teff...I believe there is a hidden additive .
