Made my symptoms worse
I am hoping that the description is accurate... But every time I take one it gives me gas. I've been taking only one per day instead of the recommended two per day. Only because I am not having great results... I've tried several other pro/pre biotics that only have 2-8 strains and have had way better REAL results. IF I COULD I WOULD ASK FOR A REFUND.
